Your role

As a Journey Maker, you’ll be the face of our service delivering safe, reliable and friendly transport to our community. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Welcoming and assisting passengers
  • Conducting safety checks and following NSW traffic regulations
  • Managing ticketing and OPAL validation
  • Collaborating with the service delivery team
  • Following your monthly roster to ensure service continuity

Who we’re looking for

You’re someone who:

  • Delivers excellent customer service
  • Has a strong safety mindset and driving record to prove it
  • Communicates clearly in English (spoken and written)
  • Holds a full Australian driver’s licence for at least a year
  • Is willing to undergo background checks (criminal, medical, work rights, references)
  • Has or is willing to obtain a Working With Children Check & NSW Bus Driver Authority Card (we’ll help!)
  • Is reliable and available to work Mon–Sat, five days a week
  • Split and straight shift with variable start time works well with their lifestyle
  • Has full-time Australian working rights
  • Lives within a reasonable distance to one of our depots
